1. Scope
These terms cover all Tellora services, including browsing and publishing stories, commenting, joining voice rooms, and using Sparks to thank creators. By signing up or continuing to use Tellora, you accept the current version of these terms.
2. Accounts
You register with an email address and keep your account details up to date. Accounts are personal, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without your permission.
3. Content licence
You keep the copyright in the stories, images, audio, captions, and other work you create. To show your work to the people and communities you choose, you grant Tellora a non-exclusive licence to display, store, cache, and distribute it inside the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where retention is legally required or needed to complete a transaction or safety review.
4. Content rules
Text, images, audio, captions, comments, profiles, and live voice must follow the Community Rules. We may review content before or after it is published and take proportionate action when a rule is broken. You can report content you believe is unsafe or against the rules.
5. Sparks and virtual items
Sparks are in-app virtual items used only to thank creators. They are not currency, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or goods, and do not create property rights. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store. If a purchase is charged but not credited, use Restore purchases and then contact devanhabak@icloud.com with your order number.
6. Changes and termination
We may change or end parts of Tellora for business, safety, or compliance reasons. We will provide advance notice for major changes where practical. You can sign out or delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access when necessary to protect the service, other people, or our legal responsibilities.
7. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. If a question or dispute arises, please contact devanhabak@icloud.com first so we can try to resolve it directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, either party may bring the matter before a competent court.
